This system is based on the related state legislations and regulations, with reference to the compulsory technical requirements of the state, and is implemented on the pre-shipment inspection of the safety, hygienic and environmental level of the used mechanical and electrical products.
Regarding the technical references for the used eletro-machinery to be imported, they are founded based on the compulsory state legislations and regulations concerning used eletro-machinery, public health, hygiene standard, environmental preservation and national security.

Inspection is necessary according to the legislation of Chinese government, which requests recognized inspection prior to the shipment of recyclable materials to China. For the recyclable materials intended for exporting to China, international suppliers shall apply for pre-shipment inspection by an inspection organization recognized by AQSIQ. Prior to the shipment, the corresponding inspection organization will issue a digital inspection certificate for the recyclable material matching the standards.
